My research focuses on the application of flexible and stiff materials to create unique robots that move in useful and novel ways. I enjoy working on a variety of projects ranging from continiuum arms, silicone actuators, custom built grippers, and 3D printer managment. Outside of research, I enjoy tabletop RPGs and painting minatures.
